Users may choose to view the main DSE topics: chair, keyboard, screen, mouse, desk, laptop and routine in any order they choose. Unlike the conventional video, this version can be worked through at a pace to suit the user.

The programme features a video based quiz which users are encouraged to complete before leaving the programme. Based on simple, multiple choice questions the quiz will test the users understanding of the key training messages and in printed form serve as an aide memoir.

Available as a CDROM which requires no software installation, this programme is ideal for both work and home based computers. Also included is a CD containing a printable manager’s guide, check lists and the quiz itself.
