'Danger Detectives Out and About' is a 20 page beautifully illustrated book designed to deliver key safety messages to children and their parents/carers. The glossy book shows a number of dangerous situations in the garden, on the road, in the park and by water. Children are encouraged to find the dangers by searching for the hidden characters that highlight the problems. The next page then follows with notes about the dangers, delivering messages to both the child and the parent/carer. These notes help to enrich the discussion between the adult and child about potential hazards that they may encounter.
