Made on site with assistance from one of the leading contractors, this film uses a real life accident scenario to investigate the responsibilities of supervisors (particulary younger supervisors on site) with regard to risk assessments, method statements, site induction and tool box talks. The programme is an essential training aid for the ongoing education of new supervisors who may have limited site, or health and safety experience. The DVD can also be used in colleges to give students a good introducation to these subjects.
