In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, Products may be returned to RoSPA in their original condition, in their original packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. Return must be made within 7 days of delivery (as on the delivery documentation) stating relevant despatch number in order for the customer to be eligible for any refund. They should not be retained for handing to RoSPA's local representative.
Where Products are returned, RoSPA reserves the right to levy a handling charge. If invoice details are not quoted the credit will be based upon the lowest sales price.
Videos, audiotapes, software and specially manufactured products are not eligible for return and refunds.
Where specific instructions appear in this catalogue against any Product regarding its return to RoSPA, such instructions shall apply to such Product.
All Products must be returned by a Recorded Delivery service.
All Products are returned at the Customer’s risk and RoSPA accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage thereto.
